Victim In Hwy. 41 Crash Monday ID'ed As Allouez Man

The man killed in a crash on Highway 41 in Ashwaubenon Monday night has been identified as an Allouez man. 78-year-old Robert Roloff was driving a sport utility vehicle that was rear ended by a semi, sending both into the median. Roloff's vehicle also hit another sport utility vehicle, sending it into the east ditch. Investigators believe the two sport utility vehicles were traveling under the speed limit at the time of the crash, which remains under investigation.
