H1N1

Outagamie County health officials have scheduled a H1N1 vaccination clinic for Monday November 9th. About 800 doses, including both nasal mist and shot forms, will available for no charge. However, the clinic is limited to pregnant women, children ages 6 months to 4 years, health care and EMS workers and people who live with or care for infants younger than 6 months. The clinic is also available for children and adolescents aged 5-18 years who have medical conditions that place them at higher risk for influenza-related complications. It takes place at Appleton Alliance Church, 2693 W. Grand Chute Blvd. in the Town of Grand Chute from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. The Outagamie County Health Department says as more vaccine becomes available, clinics will be posted to the following Web site: www.co.outagamie.wi.us/publichealth. Information will also be available through 211.
